Jordan joined Garfinkle Biderman in 2009 and practices in the firm’s franchise group. Originally a corporate litigator, Jordan practices Franchise and Distribution Law. He assists local and national franchisors with all issues in the establishment and development of their franchise systems, including matters involving litigation and brand development.
Jordan represents franchisors and franchisees in connection with all issues pertaining to the franchisor-franchisee relationship. Jordan drafts and reviews franchise agreements, master franchise agreements, area development agreements and disclosure documents.
