He has had the privilege of acting for a number of major commercial, industrial and residential real estate developers in the City of Toronto and various regions across Ontario.

Acted for multi-national $13 billion Japanese/American corporation to purchase over 100 acres in Kitchener, Ontario; appointed direct negotiator on their behalf for purposes of meeting to acquire land holding, complete purchase and closing of the lands, and negotiating all aspects of the transaction directly with the Vendor and City officials. This included accelerated rezoning of lands from agricultural to industrial for a major automotive plant completed by Ministerial Order pursuant to The Planning Act within 30 days of completion of acquisition and closing of land deal; and
