Michelle’s commercial real estate practice focuses on land development, condominium and new home sales and the purchase and sale of vacant land and buildings. Michelle is also skilled in negotiating a wide variety of commercial leases both for landlords and tenants. In addition, Michelle acts for private corporations, individuals and institutions to complete financing transactions.
