Mitchell joined Garfinkle Biderman in 1997 and has been a Partner since 2002. His high volume practice involves all aspects of real property law including: purchases, sales and financing of commercial, industrial and residential properties; land acquisition and development; builder/developer sales of freehold properties; condominium development (both residential and commercial) and sales; commercial lease drafting, review and negotiation both on behalf of tenant and landlord; and drafting of Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Condominium Disclosure documentation, private agreements, easements, licences, and various other contracts and related commercial instruments.
