Areas of focus for Mediation
Ron intends to focus on real estate and related matters, as well as commercial and business disputes, multi-party cases, wrongful dismissal cases and professional negligence.
Approach to Mediation
Ron believes that the most effective style of Mediation is similar to a Pretrial, with particular emphasis on creative efforts to meet the needs and interests of the parties.
Ron believes that this can best be achieved by carefully examining the position of the parties, considering the relative likelihood of success in continuing the litigation within the context of the costs involved in proceeding to trial. The achievement of a cost effective resolution of the dispute is always the end goal.
Please contact Ron directly or his assistant to book a Mediation.
