Wendy joined Garfinkle Biderman in 1991 as an articling student and became a partner in 1999. She specializes in all areas of insolvency and commercial litigation with a strong focus on property-related litigation. Wendy acts for both property owners, builders, contractors and sub-contractors in construction lien matters, as well as for private lenders in mortgage enforcement matters and property owners with respect to ownership disputes, including Partition and Sale proceedings, Certificates of Pending Litigation, actions for specific performance to enforce agreements of purchase and sale and injunctive proceedings. She also represents commercial landlords in tenancy disputes.
